The Shop For All Reasons carries a wide selection of Canadian designed and produced goods. From art to jewellery to gourmet foods, we strive to find local sources as well as suppliers from across Canada.
Our main display showcases fine jewellery from Montreal (Anne Marie Chagnon – who designs for Cirque de Soleil), Mississauga (Katz Meow) Elora (Blown Away) Toronto (Jon Klar, Caprice Akram) Niagara area (Daniel O'Connor, Lynda Carr, K Ross) and British Columbia (Karley Smith). Silk scarves from Dina Kohn in British Columbia and beautiful hand made scarves from Leah Bazian in Toronto.
Glass Art, Sculptures and Paintings
Robert Held pieces are highlighted in our glass art section. We also carry a variety of pieces from Arte Vargas Studio. Sculptures include Kramer from Beamsville and Hoselton from Colborne. Local painters, with scenes from Streetsville, include Marilyn Kutsukake, Hooshang Zahiri and Richard Tupling.
a.j création verre et céramique pieces are found in galleries – their unique styling makes them excellent gifts from Montreal.
Wall Plaques that will liven up any space come from RK Productions, Cedar Mountain and Wild Rose Pottery.
Sweet and Savoury Gourmet Foods
Food lines from Canada include Wicked Gourmet, Brickstone, Wildly Delicious, Roothams, Greaves, Marias Pasta, Emelia's Chutneys, Heritage Herbs. Turkey Hill Maple Syrup products and the Bean Ladies.
Our chocolates come from M Thompson, CoCoMira, Fraktals, Rogers (Victoria BC), Nudge Fudge, Old English Fudge and Heavenly Sweets.
Cookies are supplied by Heavenly Sweets and Sprucewood.
Our teas, although grown overseas, are blended and packaged in Montreal, Toronto and Winnipeg.
Many of our Greeting Cards are designed and printed by local independent artists as well as artists from across Canada.
