Balsamic Vinegar

Selection of Balsamic Dressings made from Balsamic Vinegar and acetified grape must or Balsamic white dressing and matured in fine single wooden barrels using the Solera method of blending, from our best Emilian tradition.  Long year's refinement of balsamic vinegar and grape juice is carried out in barrels of cherry wood, or chestnut wood or juniper wood for dark dressings and barrels of oak wood for white dressings. The various kinds of wood give their respective dressings a typical and distinctive perfume. The aroma is penetrating and persistent.
